OOC: Sorry I’ve been so horribly busy lately! I have the next week off for half term so hopefully I’ll be able to jump back into it.
Jeremy put his book into his bag, stood up and then went over to Molly. “Hi,” he said, “How are you?” He sat down next to her, smiling weakly. “I haven’t seen you around lately, I hope you’re alright?”
Molly smiled, seeing the concern on Jeremy’s face. “I’m fine. I’ve been busy with studying and stuff. Sit with me” she said, patting the bench beside her. “How have you been?”
Jeremy looked up from his book as he heard the smack of someone throwing something heavy on the floor. He smiled after he had seen who it was but he wasn’t sure if he sould really stand up and come closer - he didn’t want to look like some weird stalker or something. Biting his lip, he closed his book louder than it was actually necessary, in the hope of Molly noticing him that way.
A loud thumping sound came from further down the Gryffindor table and Molly looked up curiously. She smiles when she sees Jeremy and waves her hand to ask him if he wanted to join her, still unsure if she was supposed to be giving him some space.
Jeremy sat in the Great Hall. He was reading but looked up from his book every once in a while to look out for Molly. He had the urgent need to see and to talk to her but he couldn’t find her anywhere. Jeremy looked back into his book, sighing quietly.
Molly walked into the Great Hall carrying a heavy bag full of books on her shoulder. Her mess of red hair was falling in every direction as she walked besides the Gryffindor table. Not noticing Jeremy sitting just a little further along she found a spot and sat down, throwing her bag on the floor between her feet.
